BOOT FITTING SERVICE:

Custom Boot Work (All work quoted in-store. Minimum charge $30.00)

  • Our boot fitting service is charged at a rate of $80.00 per hour.
  • We strive to provide the best possible fit for your boots based on your individual needs and preferences.
  • Our expert boot fitters will assess your feet, analyze your skiing or snowboarding style, and make recommendations for boot modifications or adjustments.
  • Any work done on your boots, including stretching, grinding, padding, or other modifications, will be quoted in-store before proceeding.
  • The minimum charge for any boot fitting service is $30.00, which covers the initial assessment and basic adjustments.
  • Please note that additional charges may apply for complex or time-consuming modifications.
  • We take pride in our work and strive for customer satisfaction. However, please note that boot fitting is not an exact science, and some adjustments may require trial and error.
  • Our boot fitting service does not include the cost of any boot parts, materials, or accessories that may be needed for modifications, which will be charged separately.
  • We recommend bringing in the socks you plan to wear while skiing or snowboarding for a more accurate fit.
  • Any modifications made to your boots are done at your own risk, and we are not responsible for any damage or changes to the performance of the boots.
  • Please allow sufficient time for the boot fitting process, as it may take several hours depending on the complexity of the modifications.
  • If you have any issues or concerns after the boot fitting service, please contact us within 30 days, and we will do our best to address them.
