We know warranty claims are never fun—but we're here to help. Our team will work with you to make the process as smooth and efficient as possible, and we’ll do our best to get things resolved quickly.

At North Shore Ski and Board, warranty claims are handled directly through the product manufacturer and are subject to each manufacturer's specific terms and decisions. Please check the manufacturer’s website for details on their specific warranty policy and coverage. North Shore Ski and Board do not determine the outcome of warranty claims.

Important warranty guidelines

Warranties do not cover issues caused by:

  • Impact
  • Misuse, abuse, or neglect
  • Cosmetic damage (e.g., top sheet
    dents or chips from crossing skis/snowboards or lift line contact)

Processing Time

Warranty claims typically take 4 to 6 weeks to be processed and resolved by the manufacturer.

Products Not Purchased from Us

  • A $45 service fee applies for warranty claims on products not purchased at North Shore Ski and Board.
  • This fee covers processing time and is non-refundable, regardless of the outcome.
  • The service fee does not guarantee that the warranty claim will be approved.
  • If a credit is issued by the manufacturer, North Shore Ski and Board will only credit the amount received from the manufacturer, not the full retail value of the product.
