Softgoods Manager

We’re currently hiring for a Store Manager to lead our softgoods department. The Store Manager will be responsible for leading a high-performing team where employees are motivated and supported to do their best. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a lifestyle-driven retail setting, enjoys mentoring others, and is motivated by achieving sales and operational goals.

If you’re passionate about delivering great guest experiences, driving sales, and building a team that thrives in a action sports retail space, this could be the perfect fit.

The successful candidate will:

• Deliver exceptional and personalized customer service, and inspire your team to do the same
• Oversee inventory management, visual merchandising and product displays
• Coach and mentor team members, including performance management and development
• Schedule, delegate, and follow up on daily operations 
• Monitor and achieve sales targets
• Maintain and enforce store policies and procedures in alignment with company expectations
• Assist buyers with pre-book and open to buy orders
• Champion a positive and values-driven workplace culture

We’re looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

• 2 - 5 years of retail management or supervisory experience, with a proven track record in customer engagement and team leadership
• Passionate about fashion trends, water/snow sports and retail environments
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to inspire and retain team members
• Visual merchandising experience is a strong asset
• Excellent communication, organization, and multi-tasking skills
• Availability to work weekends and holiday periods
