One especially practical feature: quick access to equipment. A shoulder pocket, a side compartment for crampons, climbing skins and ski crampons, and a rope can all be easily accessed without having to remove the backpack. A carabiner can also be used to attach skis parallel to the backpack while it is being worn.
The main compartment and the integrated safety compartment with a holder for shovel and probe can be accessed via a zipper on the back. A large, separate compartment provides additional space in the upper part of the SWITCHBACK 25 S / 27 .
